ALGO PRIMES Platform User Agreement
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between (“ALGO PRIMES”) and the
user of the ALGO PRIMES platform. By accessing or using the ALGO PRIMES platform, the Client
agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Access and Usage of ALGO PRIMES Platform
a. ALGO PRIMES provides a bridge between the Client’s trading strategy and the trading terminal.
b. The Client shall obtain an access token by providing the required details, including client ID,
password, and other necessary information.
c. The Client acknowledges that ALGO PRIMES does not store any client ID or password and
does not have access to the Client’s trading account credentials.
d. ALGO PRIMES securely stores client-related data in encrypted mode if necessary.
2. Use of Trading Strategies
a. The Client may select any strategy available on the ALGO PRIMES platform and
customize theparameters as per their trading requirements.
b. The Client understands that the execution of trades based on the selected strategy is automated
and occurs when signals are generated by the strategy.
c. The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for selecting and implementing
strategies on the ALGO PRIMES platform.
3. Client Responsibilities
a. The Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process
and throughout their usage of the ALGO PRIMES platform.
b. The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the trading decisions made using
the ALGO PRIMES platform and for the outcomes of such trades.
c. The Client agrees to use the ALGO PRIMES platform in compliance with all applicable laws
and regulations.
4. Security and Privacy
a. ALGO PRIMES takes reasonable measures to ensure the security and privacy of client-related
data.
b. The Client acknowledges that the security of their trading account credentials is their
responsibility, and they should safeguard their credentials to prevent unauthorized access.
c. The Client agrees that ALGO PRIMES may collect and use client-related data as outlined in its
PrivacyPolicy.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
a. The Client acknowledges that trading involves risks, including the potential loss of funds, and
past performance is not indicative of future results.
b. ALGO PRIMES does not provide any investment advice or guarantee the profitability of any
tradingstrategy used on the platform.
c. The Client agrees that ALGO PRIMES shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities
arisingfrom the use of the ALGO PRIMES platform or the execution of trades based on selected
strategies.
6. Termination
a. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other
party.
b. Upon termination, the Client’s access to the ALGO PRIMES platform will be revoked.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indore.
b. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Indore.
By accessing or using the ALGO PRIMES platform, the Client acknowledges that they have
read,understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
